Liked every detail about my really great 1 night stay here. That hotel was in a particularly good location, in the middle of jackson. It was also near to local eateries and the Convention Center and Long Beach.

Cleanliness issues

The staff were very welcoming, helped with any issues. I booked an a double room with climate control and flat-screen television.

Location near the Aquarium of the Pacific was perfect for our family trip. The room had a cozy feel with nicely decorated curtains that provided complete privacy. We appreciated the upgraded bathroom tiles and the refrigerator in the room. We found the room not very clean, with stained sheets that required us to buy cleaning supplies. The air conditioning unit had an unpleasant musty smell, prompting us to ask for a blanket . These cleanliness issues and smells were disappointing, but the staff's attentiveness to our concerns helped a bit.

Upon entering, we found a live cockroach, but the manager quickly addressed our concerns by offering a room change at a discount. The location was great, great to enjoy local attractions. Opt for a room with good pest control for peace of mind!
